On a Saturday evening in the early days of Sydney’s Covid lockdown, 31 July 2021, I was enjoying a night by Tony’s fire pit and late in the evening, laid my head across his lap to enjoy the flames while we chatted on (flimsy) outdoor chairs. 
Upon getting up to stand, I accidentally rolled towards the fire pit and my throat touched the edge of the hot metal before I fell on the ground. The brief touch caused a burn about 15cm long and 2 cm wide, with thankfully only a minor cut to the skin. We dressed it with a bandage that evening and carefully dressed it for the next few days, not sure what to do. I saw my doctor (Danko) on 6 August as I was concerned it wasn’t healing and may get infected or scar. Doctor Danko prescribed Flamazine which I applied and helped to reduce the the raised scarring. Some time soon after, I asked Kim if there was more I could do. Kim recommended her Healing Cream that I then applied day and night, and sometimes more often.
By 1 Sept the burn had healed but still had a bright red scar. Continuing to apply Kim’s cream every day, I visibly observed the scar fading and by 25 Sept, it had disappeared, having used just 1 jar of the healing cream.
I was 60 at this time and am thrilled with the remarkable healing and no scar to indicate I was ever burned!
